      Staged over 1,800 homes in the Portland metro area. Begin process by viewing vacant homes and conceptualizing a spatial plan for the best furniture layout that will provide the easiest flow for potential clients as well as optimize the home's features for comfortable living. Choosing the entirety of product that will go into the home: furniture, art, accessories, lighting etc. that best fits with the design, style and layout of the floor plan. Help load and deliver materials to each house and set everything up inside the home in a timely manner, often completing multiple houses/projects in a day. I have also assisted on projects for 2016 and 2017 NW Natural Street of Dreams in the Portland area. I have staged homes that have been featured on episodes of Tiny House Hunters on HGTV and have had the pleasure of working on an on-going project staging tiny homes for another show to be aired on HGTV currently. Manage others' day-to-day schedules and logistics while operating and keeping warehouse of product in an organized fashion.
