  At Applebee's, I have interchanged positions depending on labor demands.   As an Asset Protection Specialist, it was my duty to reduce and limit shoplifted merchandise by monitoring the alarms at the front of the store. I would search the customers' bags for sensors that sounded those alarms, and I kept watch over the store to monitor shoplifters. A responsibility of all employees was to demonstrate knowledge for sporting goods, present a welcoming and helpful atmosphere within the store, and stay informed on current inventory and seasonal deals.
