Andrea was the program manager throughout my time attending a Master of Science program at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She made my transition into graduate school very seamless and comfortable. From the application cycle to the completion of the program, Andrea always had effective and timely communication. She would go above and beyond in every aspect possible. Andrea provided us with resources without asking, assisted faculty to ensure our lectures ran smoothly, promptly addressed any issues, and so much more. She ensured success in the program and everyone involved. Besides her outstanding work ethic, Andrea also has incredible interpersonal skills. She was very understanding, respectful, patient, and empathetic toward everyone. She is sincerely someone whom I could call hard-working, reliable, and an extraordinary leader. As a result, Andrea is a person whom I look up to and who inspires me. She is truly one of a kind and would be a great fit for any role she takes.

Andrea is an outstanding program manager, and she was easily one of the most valuable resources that I had as a Master of Science student. Her communication with students was clear and timely, which was essential for our virtual classes. She always went above and beyond to help us solve any issues. It was clear from day one that she had a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
