This includes consultants, main contractor, sub- contractors, authorities, statutory undertakers and others - Coordinate with the main contractor with regards timing, deliverables, schedules and other project monitoring media - Prepare summary schedules, reports and clarification documents to be summited to Client’s CEO - Review of technical transmittals issued by consultants and main contractor (drawings, reports, calculations, Change Request Forms, Contract Control Forms) - Review and prepare construction programmes through the use of programming and associated software (e.g. Gantt Charts) - Review of budget costs and financial reports prepared by the cost consultant - Undertake site inspections - Witness Site Acceptance Tests, Factory Acceptance Tests (UK and abroad) and Commissioning Tests. - Attend site meetings such as Contractor Monthly Meetings, Monthly Cost Review Meetings, Design Meetings, Commissioning Meetings, O&M and Handover meetings Show less
