  Young People For (YP4) is a social impact incubator that aims to identify, engage, and empower young people who are historically left out of opportunity to take action in their community.• Lead the Communications and Policy Team, managing a team of two coordinators.• Oversee and implement the digital and communications strategy, increasing overall reach by 50%.• Manage the creation of the organization’s national civic engagement campaigns. • Developed and managed the first multi-year campaign and related curriculum, “Building Power to Win,” which engaged and trained over 500 young people across the nation on how to center civic engagement in their communities, and mobilized over 23K people ahead of the midterm elections.• Developed and managed the national digital campaign, “Our Courts, Our Lives”, that effectively centered the experiences of young people to call for a more fair and representative judiciary on a national level.• Project managed 3 national civic engagement summits, where over 600 young people were trained on creating civic engagement campaigns in their communities. • Facilitated 100+ workshops, trainings, and webinars on a variety of issue areas and skills building topics. • Developed the first Facebook live series, “What’s up Wednesdays,” that discussed key policy issues with field experts in an accessible way.
