Worked directly with the Principle Investigator on an exciting and technology-focused research project, using Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) to study social and environmental cues to smoke in urban India and Bangladesh. We collected data from participants using smartphones in to capture their smoking behaviors and perception in the natural environment. Primary duties included identifying EMA field experts and consultants, extensive literature review, managing and submitting IRB applications in three countries, instrument development, on-site message and field testing, and facilitating data collection.
