      Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the Eurofighter flight simulator, Reiser cockpit with motion system and Rokwell Collins image projection, by setting parameters and aligning the projection beams on the dome through dedicated software, troubleshooting between the various data and image processing systems (ios,ckp,domain controller, etc.) and wiring of the various lines (fiber, power, data) between the devices interconnected with the aircraft. Inventory management and spare parts supply through CMOS management software. Full Eurofighter Electrical/Structural/Avionic aircraft course held at Caselle (TO) and additional training as IMSS console operator to assist pilots in-flight activities. Show less

      At the Venegono site I took care of the electrical cables for M-345 and M-346 aircraft.The wiring work took place with the reading of technical diagrams / MHL, followed by the drafting of various conductors in line with the wiring diagram; the next phase included the crimping of terminals and completion of connectors (fixed, flying, asu, coax, triax, ocito, etc.) according to military specifications; then ending with the test phase through DTMCO testing.From this experience I learned the technical differences between the various cabling, (power cables, shielded cabling, wiring for fuel sections, cables for radio transmissions, etc.) and was able to refine my technical skills for finishing connectors of any kind, both on the bench and directly on the aircraft.       I worked as an aircraft electrical fitter on the wing body of the F-35 Lightning II at the military base Leonardo in Cameri, where I took part in a deatiled training course (by Leonardo) on the F-35 Lockheed Martin aircraft dealing with the electro-avionics, including: digital data transmission, equipment and functions, types of wiring, optical fiber, electromagnetic interference, stealth characteristics, etc. with final tests and qualification to operate in Assembly Line / FACO. I am also authorised to manufacture and install strain gauge electronic sensors, designed to analyse the level of stress in the most critical points of the aircraft structure. Previously I worked in the Wing section as a structural fitter, after passing the course dedicated to structural resources, some of the topics covered in detail were: electrical bonding, technical drawing, electrostatic charge / discharge , chemical film and touch-up, Sealing, Moldable plastic shim, mounting bulkhead fittings, fluorosilicone injection process etc. Finally I completed an advanced FOD course and with this obtained my certificate and gained the possibility to also operate in the flight line.
