The Warren Institute’s mission was to leverage the intellectual capital of a world-class public university to produce high-quality data, action-oriented research, and evidence-based policy recommendations on many of society's most challenging topics including criminal justice, education, civil rights, and immigration. I was responsible for supervising a staff of 15 researchers and lawyers and managing the Institute’s budget, fundraising, communications, and publications.
