I had the pleasure of working with Andrea on a project to create a new Customer Service Case Object in Salesforce to help track customer complaints and relate them back to Sales Accounts to help close the loop between customer service and sales. Andrea was the Subject Matter Expert of customer service processes and worked closely with me to document the customer complaint intake process and the workflow between customer service and sales to resolve issues. Andrea was very hands-on during the discovery phase providing requirements and giving feedback. Her communication and participation is what lead the project to being successful!
