Mindful Way Counseling is a group of mental health contracted providers in an outpatient mental health setting, supporting the twin cities community. All of our providers are trained to support our clients in a trauma informed, culturally responsive way. We believe in the wisdom of our clients as whole, strong, resilient people. Each provider brings something unique to the therapy space. We are located in Fridley and offer Telehealth throughout Minnesota. As a co-owner and clinical director of Mindful Way, I provide support to each contractor and help oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic so that it runs smoothly, from credentialing and onboarding of contractors, to ensuring billing is processing smoothly on the back end, managing contractor payments and pay reports, and gathering the team for case consultations for each contractor to share their unique wisdom with one another to enhance the services being provided.
