Its mission consists of helping young talented students (selected Mentee) to identify their career paths that more suite their skills and aspirations, supporting them to successfully enter the job market. (25% admission rate based on merit, motivaiton and diversity). I have been working under the guidance of PierLuigi Pessa, on the merger between Holding dei Giochi S.p.A. and Prénatal S.p.A., and the consequent analysis of the company's efficientcy and change management process.Therefore, my position has been the one of Financial Business analyst.I did costing/budgeting analysis, reporting, as well as helped in the strategic planning scenarios evaluation.I developed basic user skills with SAP.
