Lead the development of learning resources and activities within the Integrated Care Collaborative Group. Assist with other service systems initiatives, that include the pilot of the trauma-informed organizational assessment, and/or website-related projects. Manage multiple projects in partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics, (AAP) and the University of Massachusetts Medical School, (UMass). Cross-site team management of multiple workgroups (Curriculum, Evaluation and Data Analysis, Recruitment, Training, Cultural Competence and Screening). Collaborate with AAP, UMass and the Pediatric Integrated Post-trauma Services- University of Utah, on the development of training curriculum to identify and respond to trauma exposure in primary healthcare for children. Participate in national on-line training that utilizes the Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes, (ECHO) Model),- to create a transformation change in pediatric primary care that is trauma and resilient informed. Develop and implement culturally sensitive tools to help pediatricians identify and address childhood trauma; translate materials into Spanish; assist with; project evaluation, IRB processes, and reports for the (SAMSHA) grant.
