We've worked together for 18 months in order to evolve Lucca Comics & Games Srl into Lucca Crea, a new Company (undertaken by the City Council of Lucca) born from the incorporation of Lucca Fiere & Congressi by Lucca Comics & Srl. Bios Management team, led by Mr. Marengo, hardly worked to transform LC&G from a product based company to a more modern and flexible functional based one. He helped us in defining our objectives, in building a clear responsibilities matrix, and in widening the perspective of our main scope through a long and complex work of business re-engineering. All the job has always been done with transparency, positiveness and a big smile on the face, helping to handle the toughest moments.
