Creative, collaborative, innately positive, a natural leader … these are just a few words that describe Dre Trum. I was fortunate to work with Dre for almost two years when she was the Creative Director at YPO. Her passion for her work and that of her team is easily seen in every conversation, meeting and completed projected. Dre and I worked together on a global awards program where we collaborated with a team to create 14 videos telling impact stories in just 12 weeks. It was a herculean task and an almost impossible deadline but Dre’s storytelling abilities, leadership skills and belief that if a team pulls together, any project can be accomplished saw us through. Working with Dre on that project was a masterclass in creative video storytelling. Dre is a natural developer who is always eager to help someone who wants to learn and grow. Her enthusiasm for team’s she leads is unwavering. I would so welcome the chance to work with her again. If you have the opportunity to work with Dre, take it!
