First Door was established as a Registered Training Organisation in 2012 to develop qualified and skilled Early Childhood professionals. We facilitate Nationally Recognised Training in Early Childhood career qualifications throughout Australia in: Diploma and Certificate lll in Early Childhood Education and Care. First Door is a Skills Assure Supplier for Government subsidised training throughout Queensland. We are committed to inspiring and developing capability in our students with: personal mentoring, online access to video tutorials/resources, and practical role skill related assessments. First Door students graduate as knowledgeable, confident and capable educators and leaders dedicated to quality education and care. Key achievements: - Founded and established First Door as a RTO, compliant with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) - Development of business strategy and operational plan - Implementation and execution of policies and systems focused on sound business practice and exceptional customer experience, aligned with ASQA standards. - Content and design of the Company's website, brochures, course guides, online resources and assessment workbooks. - Facilitating coaching, mentoring and team professional development workshops. - Implementation of online professional learning for educators and Early Childhood teams, accessible worldwide - Working in partnership with Directors and teams towards continuous improvement to exceed or excel the National Quality Standard through consultation and team professional learning in Quality Standard Partner Packages. - Liaison with stakeholders and business promotion including networking and social media communication. - Development of a vision focused and effective team, aligned in commitment with First Door's values.
