I watched Andi rise through the ranks of our team with such a fantastic work ethic, amazing attitude, and an incredible eye to detail. She partnered with me to work on a program, and made a really great impression on faculty in the short time she helped me. One of my favorite stories is when Andi spotted a great DE&I opportunity within a course where content was outdated, and the faculty member and program director raved about this insight and improvement to the course, as DE&I was a huge priority for them. I made sure they knew who was responsible for this. Andi also asks the best questions - I always knew if she crowd-sourced a question that it was worth my time and energy to shift my attention over to it. As we ramped up on a new learning platform, Andi had a keen sense of the right questions to ask and how to reveal the best use of functionality within the platform. I always learned something new from her. You couldn't meet a sweeter person to work with, who cares deeply about her coworkers and her job, and who is an incredible value-add wherever she chooses to go.

Andrea and I had the privilege of working together on the same team, collaborating to support several university partner programs. She is such a gem of an employee with great attention to detail, problem solving difficult situations as a thought partner, and a keen eye for innovative solutions. In a company where change was the norm, she learned systems quickly, took initiative to track changes and workflows for efficiency, and kept open communication on a team that was fully remote. To employ Andrea is to have the best of the best.
