Thanks to my experience in live entertainment, I was hired to fill a role in a very unique environment that also doubles as an event space. Cave Without a Name is one of seven show caves in TX. Here, I have been able to revisit and build on my retail and customer service skills. I actively recruit and train guides to give informational and entertaining tours of the cave. I'm responsible for pricing, taking inventory, and stocking everything in the gift shop. I advance and manage all public relations, weddings, concerts, and other special events that are booked in our event spaces. My main goal is to provide entertainment as well as an excellent experience to all guests that choose to spend their time with us. Show less
