      To greet all visitors and contractors to the building, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to ensure the guests experience a pleasant visit. Liaise with FM to manage daily diary planning of contractors expected for onsite works. · Report all Security activity, both suspicious and routine logging on platforms. Conduct floor-walks and regular checks of the communal spaces, incorporating a quick visual inspection of all equipment to ensure they are fully operational, reporting faults using a helpdesk system or taking action to address any issues with Facility Management. Checking all areas for cleanliness, tidiness and operational suitability, reporting or taking action to address any issues, to the FM or the Service Desk. · Front of house reception on constant review to always ensure cleanliness, reporting and assisting where possible. Involvement with the facilities management: -Liaise with tenants for contractor works scheduled, sending out emails to confirm dates and grant access - receive confirmation ahead of works to schedule. -Liaise directly with contractors to provide information when onsite, showing to the location of work and providing regular updates to FM for progress or concerns. -Carry out detailed checks of the building for issues, reporting back to the helpdesk where needed. -Providing additional information for building related issues and updates for FM voids.
