- Provided support to the National Authority (ADDR) responsible for the implementation of the DDR programme in Cote d’Ivoire on the Strategy for the Reintegration of Ex-Combatants (XC) into civil society: in particular, sustained the conceiving, updating and successful implementing of the DDR programme according to UN Integrated DDR Standards and their national appropriation by Ivorian authorities.- Participated in awareness raising campaigns in order to attract XC to disarmament, demobilisation and professional reintegration: Hundreds of traditional community and religious leaders across Cote d'Ivoire were made aware of the benefits connected with the DDR programme in order for them to be able to persuade hundreds of ex-combatants to integrate the programme.- Acted as Camp Manager in Abidjan regrouping campsite where a total of 30,000 XC were disarmed & demobilised between 2012 and 2015 before being reintegrated into the national civil service or self-employment schemes.- Maintained regular contact with leaders of XC and former war commanders jointly with national partners: Established a portfolio of hundreds of participants in the DDR programme while maintaining good working relationship with local actors. - Primary focal point within UNOCI DDR division and the National Commission for the fight against the circulation and proliferation of Small Arms and Light Weapons (ComNat-ALPC): Supported the ComNat-ALPC in the implementation of their national strategy for civilian and community disarmament, while providing logistical support for the organisation of operations in the mission area.- Prepared daily and weekly situation as well press reports on the activities of the UNOCI DDR Division for Mission and DPKO HQ: Hundreds of qualitative and quantitative reports produced.
