I have had the privilege of working with Andi at mobile crisis. I witnessed a great deal of growth from her time as an intern to a licensed professional. She was clear and methodical in her assessments, took time to demonstrate her investment in a positive and safe outcome for the individual, as well as herself, and projected a professional demeanor when interacting with a diverse portion of the community. I can recall a specific call in which a new mother was having severe postpartum depression and Andi was a natural! These calls can be the most difficult for a number of reasons, yet Andi assessed, encouraged, supported, and connected this new mom to services that could support their new family. I recall staffing this call with her and thinking she might have saved two lives that day, not just one. If I were in a position to hire a clinician, I would strongly consider Andi. She gave her clients all she had, and was always working to better herself. I deeply respect her skills, commitment, attention to detail, and willingness to challenge herself to grow.
