  Fiber installation project, y responsibilities include: follow up to the advances of the optical fiber installation, agreements between the fiber and the equipments schedules, plan and negotiate the correct strategies of the machineries and tools to be used in the fiber installation, direct contact with the construction cooperators and with the client (Cantv), forecast and plan of the construction schedules, verification of the ducts test protocols and acceptances of the installation, analyze the construction performances, issue construction and advances indicators; and other administrative process like issue the purchase orders of the project and follow up the cooperators billing process. Also give some general support to other departments involve in the project like Quality, EHS (Environmental Hygiene and Security) and Supply Chain with material control and inventories.**The OPSUT project has as a final goal the installation of 5.780kmts of Optical Fiber and the development of the national Network, with a total of 211 sites with different technologies, from transmission to the last mile connectivity, being this the biggest Optical Fiber project developed in the country. To Huawei Technologies of Venezuela was assigned the installation of 2.138kmts of Optical Fiber in the central region of the country, just like supply and install the equipments of the network; this project is the only type A project developed by Huawei Venezuela.
