I have had the pleasure of working with Andrea for over 6 & 1/2 years in senseFly where she joined as a training manager. During this time she was an integral part of senseFly´s success in navigating the startup phase of the business. Sales abilities & great products are only part of a companies success, the ability to support, train and guide customers through their purchase to achieve the best out of their equipment is something often not realised but is essential and moreover the larger part of a companies success. Andrea has always been focused on this customer satisfaction and well-being and tremendously helped senseFly in understanding their customer needs. During her last couple of years at senseFly I had the pleasure of having Andrea in my team where the goal was to develop a complete online platform for global training of our distribution and customers. This was successfully implemented and rolled out globally as "senseFly Academy". Clients now have the option to receive strong, standardised training on senseFly products in the comfort of their own place of work. The distribution are now able to maintain their knowledge far easier and senseFly also now manages to have a closer relationship to their end users. In the last 2 years I have also had the privilege to work beside Andrea in the non profit organisation "Drone Adventures" where Andrea is the president and I am the treasurer. This is a true passion to her and the progress she has made in helping other organisations and bringing Drone Adventures to the next level has been exceptional. Recently she presented to the Swiss NGO DRR Platform (Disaster Risk Reduction) and had Drone Adventures accepted to join the platform which is an excellent achievement. As a person she is passionate and driven to continually self improve and help others. I could not recommend her highly enough for any organisation.

Andrea is a heavyweight team player and would be an asset to any team, being proficient in both hardware and software training & operations. I have had the privilege of working with her for 3 years during her time at SenseFly and DroneAdventures. I am sincerely impressed by her constant determination to improve client/ partner relations, develop the product she represents and general enhance the service offered by her company.

Andrea was a pleasure to work with. She is a highly experienced geospatial expert, a natural-born teacher, and an organised, methodical project manager. She is also a modest, unassuming people person whom senseFly's clients and distributors, wherever they are around the world, have nothing but respect for. Did I mention she speaks a bunch of languages too? Any geospatially-orientated organisation would be genuinely lucky to have her.

Besides my training manager function at a global level, I took on some product management and solutions development tasks, especially in the client service and feedback section. In charge of collecting feedback, to structuring and to creating development items, I’d contribute to the continuous improvement of the senseFly system.

Training clients and distributors on the use of mapping UAVs, from data acquisition flights to postprocessing the final map outputs. Discovering together with the client the best workflow for their application is a highly interesting exchange, creating on both sides understanding and knowledge. Previous work experience from academics, government departments, industries and non-profit organizations help to understand the various backgrounds and goals.
