During this time I’ve taught customers how to trade in Forex, Commodities, Stocks and Crypto. Trade in the financial market is very hard and for teaching customers you need a lot of patience because for them it’s very hard to understand. So due to this job I’ve developed a strong patience mind. In case the customer was in trouble, my job as an account manager was to find a solution to resolve their complaints as fast as possible without problems. This helped me to become a fast and good problem solver. I have needed to identify the customer’s needs and sell them an upgrade or new products which my company wants to sell.
