Bracket is a hosted software application used in clinical trial research conducted by bio-pharmaceutical companies and research organizations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the drug development process, from Phase I to post approval. Duties include:  Maintain a constant portfolio of 12 to 20 ongoing studies to monitor progress and resources.  Launch of 12+ new studies annually.  Manage system design process utilizing the SDLC and agile production cycles, including client communication, guidance and problem solving.  Proactively resolved identified software defect for key clients, ensuring client trust and leading to new business.  Track project status for portfolio of 12+ concurrent projects, elevating items as-needed to clients and senior leadership.  Lead training sessions presented at domestic and international investigator meetings in the use and functionality of the study database.  Communicate cross-functionally with Development, Testing, Data Management and others to identify common issues and lessons learned in order to drive efficiencies and implement process improvements.  Training and mentoring of 2+ Associate Project Assistants and Project Managers in client management, risk identification, development processes and troubleshooting study needs.
