  As Project Manager, I was commissioned to design the floor plan for the Children´s Area of the firm´s most recent commercial development named “ARTZ Pedregal” located in Mexico City. I was in charge of curating a diverse group of national and international artists in order to receive proposals for activating a public space within the development. I created a 2-year project timeline, developed the overall budget, coordinated all site visits, ensured all contractual agreements were met in a timely manner, and communicated efficiently providing regular project status reports to all involved parties.
