  As one of two design directors, I oversee the design and layout for each of our issues we put out. Part of this is running a team of designers, delegating projects and tasks to each designer to create a cohesive and unique design palette and concept for each new issue. I provide my own design critiques and feedback for designers as they work on their assigned projects, then creating space for us to exchange feedback and ideas amongst our unit as a whole.

  I work on both individual and collaborative projects among a team of designers, creating artistic designs and creative layouts. We cover a range of different projects such as page spread layouts, advertisements, and as well as a variety of logo and issue specific designs.
