  Andre joined Masthead as a Practice Management Consultant in 2010. He completed a certificate in Foundation Management Development Programme through GIBS Business School and a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning through Milpark. He started in the financial services industry in 2001. Prior to joining Masthead, he gained four years’ experience as a Financial Advisor at Old Mutual and an additional four years’ experience as a Broker Consultant for Old Mutual Bank and Nedbank. Andre has been registered as Compliance Officer with the Financial Services Conduct Authority since 2020. Andre has passed the RE 1 exam. His passion is to assist business owners in showing them that there are various ways to enhance their business model and as a result provide a more professional service to their clients. Inevitably profitability and a more efficient structure and infrastructure in a business leads to a sustainable and growing business. A key component of his role is guiding business owners on how to integrate legislation with business management to establish a well-managed, efficient and compliant business.
