  OProject Manager :Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County ; Chicago, IL; Loop Facility Relocation Project: 2015 – 2015 The one hundred and fifty thousand dollar Loop Facility Relocation Project consist of the relocation Clerk othe Circuit Court of Cook County’s Child Support Division. The project requires the relocation of fifty staff member and two million active courts records. It also entailed the buildout of new more centralized office facility. Document Imaging and Indexing Project: Present – 2015 The project is a two fold project that is designed to enhance operations efficiency, address a deficiency of staff members designated for document filing, and ultimately move the organization in the direction of a paperless court system. The project entails the imaging and partial indexing of documents filed within the local courts as well as the document imaging of requested offsite storage records. Cicero Records Storage and Digital Imaging Center Construction and Move Project: Present – 2013 The Cicero Records Storage and Digital Imaging Center Project entails the complete internal design, and construction of a 250,000 square feet state of the art records storage facility. The project consist of 24.8 million dollar budget which was also designated to finance the consolidation five active records storage, and tracking, relocation of 20 million plus court records active court records. Automated Records Tracking System Integration Project: Present - 2013 The project objective is to implement a new automated records tracking system throughout all operation area of the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook, which is the second largest unified court system in the Unitied States. The project also requires the development of muiltpy electronic communication protocals for various operating systems used by the agency seamlessly interact. Show less
