Nubank is the leading financial technology company in Latin America and the largest independentdigital bank in the world, with more than 60 million clients.As a Senior Software Engineer working at the Platforms for Regulatory and Compliance team, was responsible for leading initiatives at the technical level, which includes planning and executing tasks and also setting expectations for stakeholders.Helped my team to set its long-term roadmap and strategy, collaborating with the team’s engineering manager and product manager. Responsible for the technical guidance of the team, anticipating technical and product issues, and helping make the appropriate design decisions.Helped mentor engineers, via pairing, mobbing, design review, and code review, in order to present the engineering culture and best practices.
