My current position as Cricket Development Coach allow me to work with all the players from Year 1 through to Year 12. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop depth in the program, my role also requires to mentor our coaches and help them to achieve our goals. The 1st XI has a clear set of Skills and our aim is to make sure every player in the program has the opportunity to develop those skill sets. And by working closely with the coaches out goals are achievable. My current position as Cricket Development Coach allow me to work with all the players from Year 1 through to Year 12.
