-Kept records of repairs made and financial purchases and I was able to use both to show trending issues and show costs to company. -Established a share drive to share logs, passwords for equipment, schematics, Inventory system, employee absences, PM logs, work orders, machinery serial numbers, all motors nameplate information, and contact lists -Developed a work order system where coworkers could submit a work order request from a cellphone or computer and would auto populate into an Excel spreadsheet. This enabled to prioritize repairs, see photos of issues, description, time, and date. This helped the company to track what had or hadn't been repaired yet. -Sought out safety, production, and efficiency upgrades to minimize downtime, improve company safety, and streamline our processes. -Established an inventory system with real time tracking, parts lists for different machines, complete with part numbers, contact lists and minimum stock requirements. -Helped to train other coworkers with their understanding and skills in the areas of pneumatics, sensors, electrical repairs, vacuum systems, plastic industry equipment, complex mechanical repairs, welding, gearboxes, drive installation and commissioning up to 350HP, and hydraulics.
