  Job Details at Hull & Outfitting Departement SMI Shipyard: ~ Inspection: Marking and identification of plate damage and outfitting items according to owner surveyor's request. advice to OS if it doesn't comply with the rules. ~ Make a work estimate according to the inspection results to find out the price and material needs ~ make a "Repair Drawing" of the work area to facilitate the allocation of man power requirements and control the work. (Using AutoCad for drawing) ~ Ensure material requirements. ~ make a plan for worker needs and schedule. ~ Carry out work instructions to workers. ~ Controlling workers to comply with the instructions and schedule that has been made. ~ Reporting the progress of work during the repair process. ~ Doing a final inspection with the owner after the job is done. ~ Measure and record the results of the work that has been done into excel calculations and report to the commercial department.
