Analyst and liaison role to the Dean and Directors of the Faculty of Health Sciences and to the School of Social Works in preparing an e-Learning service offer that would maximize a Health Canada funding program to provide Health Education to Canadians in French minority settings While supporting the Centre for e-Learning's Manager, coordinate the workload of the center's 15 employees in over 60 e-Learning projects for the Faculty of Health Sciences. Lead investigator in the development and interpretation of University wide research to better understand the student's use and abilities with Information and Communication Technologies, as with identifying Faculty member's Information technology training needs leading to the implementation of procedures and support strategies to maximize the use of Information and Communication Technologies in teaching and learning. Co-investigator in a "Canarie" funded project called; "University Collaborative Communities for e-Learning Adoption" aimed at creating a national resource which provides the technical know-how and multimedia resources professors need to easily integrate e-learning into their teaching. Co-Chair of a National e-Learning work force composed of members from 10 French post-secondary institutions that resulted in the development of pedagogical standards and copy rights recommendations for e-Learning courses and Learning objects development for the "Consortium National de Formation en Santé" (CNFS).
