I was barely 22 when Andre interviewed me at MWeb Business. He used terms like , "diamond in the rough" but his inspiration and direction enabled me to achieve many of my goals. Andre considers "experience" and "technical capability" when hiring staff but his real strenghth is his ability to effectively judge the "characters" of the people he chooses to surround himself with. Its easier to train and gain experience, more difficult to create character.
