  Responsibilities: • Development of automated EOL test system. In the beginning it had been done only by myself. Later on it was done in a small team, where the path of the development was assigned by me. The scope of my duties, and the features of the software were the following: - the ideas of program functions / structure were designed by me - control of devices for test methods from software (e.g.: spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, rotating stand, power supply, Harman’s special test equipment) - keeping contact with HW test system developers on a daily basis, and with the R&D department - creating and implementing unique script language (the test is done by the test methods described in the script files) - graphic / test editor modules e.g.: for editing the test sequences, for setting the limits of measurements, for editing of the barcodes / labels sticker on the packaging of the products. Storage of the above data with version-control. - introduction of the software in different factories located in different countries - automated data collection - automated data analyzing for the detection of possible HW faults before it gets out of order. Evaluation of the performance of operators. - when a change happens in the test method the SW automatically displays the up to date work instruction to the relevant test stations / operators - implementing multilingual environment which indicates the results, reports, work instructions in the chosen language on the user interface • Participation in HW troubleshooting, correction, proposition to HW developers related to issues • Keeping contact with the system engineers in the factories worldwide Show less

  Responsibilities: – participating in setting up new test lab in Hungary – fault-finding in BLDC motor prototypes (black-box test) – potential use of automation in certain test methods, specifying details – developing automated testing system in C# language independently – making decisions about choosing the suitable test equipment, ordering them, and doing any tasks regarding to the devices – keeping contact with the suppliers Achieved goals: – significant time reduction in testing: from 8 weeks to 3 – less technician was necessary, than previously had been estimated for the same amount of tasks – after some time, only our lab was able to execute certain complex tests – in the autumn of 2016 a new test method has been developed, which simulated the reality more than the original set of tests from the customer.
