.Receive new order request from our customer..Request and verify quotation from the supplier..Create and send through orders to the supplier..Capture vehicle and customer details to the system when order has been finalized..Order fuel cards and E-Tags from AS400 system..Attend to all customer needs and queries..Ensure that tracker is fitted to a vehicle before delivery to the client..Ensure that customer receive vehicles within 7 working days as per service level agreement..Terminate vehicle on the system when received ,cancel fuel card and E-tag and ensure tracker is de-installed or de-activated. .Ensure that all information such as order forms, reservations, vehicles details, signed quotes, is documented and save to DMS correctly..Ensure that all mini lease vehicles are billed correctly every month..Receive and verify invoices from the supplier to ensure correct invoice payed monthly..Terminate vehicle on the system when returned by the customer..Cancel fuel card form AS400 and ensure tracker is de-installed and cancelled..Process Car track monthly subscription invoices..Ensure that when the customer received the vehicle have fuel card and e-tag.
