I worked with Andie in several projects during her time at Avanade, and she is a delight to work with. Andie is highly organized (her planners are something to be envied) and an effective communicator. She keeps her team well-informed and on task with clear goals. Her knowledge of all aspects of the design process make her an extremely effective designer who produces work that is easily handed off to others. Most importantly, Andie faces challenges head on, and when faced with adversity handles herself with a level of grace I have not seen the equal.
