Inspirational, dynamic, passionate, intelligent, articulate, powerful are words bandied around all too easily. Rarely, if ever, have they all been acutely attributable to one person, but in this case they only give you an essence as to the energy and force that is Andie. I have known Andie for many years and always admired her ability to achieve what at times seems unachievable and her boundless positive energy encourages all around to try that little bit harder. Andie epitomises what a leader should be and what managers can be. She is also a very endearing person and extremely likeable.

I have worked for Andie over past four years and found her an excellent manager. She is dedicated to training and heritage, and developed the Heritage Skills Initiative programs. She supports her staff 100% and whenever possible likes to get hands on with the training. The last four years have been the most pleasurable in my employment thanks to Andie, if the opportunity arose I would have no hesitation to woke with her again. Her management skill are excellent and inspires loyalty in all her staff.
