I was initially impressed with Andi's enthusiasm for continuous learning, fun communication skills and professional attitude when I first met him on his first employment days in BPMIGAS. As years gone by, when Andi reported to me, he consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and even more, and I heartily endorse him all the way for his professional attributes. Andi has been keen and dedicated to his works. He also multitasks effectively and is able to handle a high-volume workload thoroughly. He consistently met or surpassed all tasks I set for him, even with very minimum or even no supervision. His professional level of service already embedded within his attitudes.
