7k Metals offers our members education, community, and technologies which support confident investments in gold and silver. My team has grown to include over 4,000 members - who benefit from my experience in marketing, training, communications, and graphic design. I currently oversee a leadership team of around 25 members who handle online trainings and facilitate enrollments through member benefit presentations. We are also working to develop a more formal Leadership Academy program which will assist with onboarding new members of our team and training them on the aspects of the business they need to know in order to step into more visible roles in the team. In addition, we are working to develop platforms for inbound lead generation to expand the growth capabilities for our teams. This includes marketing efforts such as online advertising funnels, representation at trade shows and events, and media projects like our recent commercial. Show less
