As District Performance Coordinator (DPC), I play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in stores across my market. My role is diverse & ever-evolving to meet needs of the business. CVSHealth describes my role of DPC as a critical thought partner to the District Leader (DL), who demonstrates an "ownership mindset" & brings forward insights to improve district-level performance. As the key support to the DL, the DPC partners with store leaders & teams across the market to ensure that stores are effectively staffed & scheduled, prepared for scheduled activities (inventories, remodels, pilots, rollouts, etc.), compliant with regulatory guidelines, embracing change & new ways of working. The DPC has variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: • Set & maintain Pharmacist schedule for stores in the district, including holes list & shift coverage, Floater Pharmacist calendar, Pharmacist vacation approvals, coverage coordination, & sick call coverage. • Track & submit Pharmacy payroll• Proxy as DL for admin needs, including expense & mileage submission, store supply ordering, HR ticket submissions, Pharmacist base change submissions, IT & service channel ticket escalations, etc. • Manage calendar & inbox to ensure timely follow-up on all urgent matters• Use judgment to independently address issues where possible, escalate where needed. • Set up webex & other supports for district conference calls & other meetings. • Pull, format, & analyze performance reporting to prioritize opportunities & make recommendations • Serve as "change champion", track & drive progress on implementation of pilots & new program roll-outs, while providing critical feedback• Support staffing as needed, including opening & maintaining StarSource requisitions, screening candidates• Utilize Outlook, Excel, Word, WebEx, MySchedule, Workbrain, Tableau, Ariba, & PowerPoint effectively• Travel the market with the DL & independently to support store performance
