I previously worked with Anderson for over a year and I was extremely impressed with his ability to adapt and learn. He takes ownership and accountability for his work as well as his department and never shy's away from a difficult issue; instead he rolls up his sleeves and does whatever he can to help solve the problem and prevent it from happening again. He has the maturity and presence of mind to act quickly and professionally. I will say that I miss having him on my team!
