  I've been working as a software engineer in payments team with technologies such as Python, Flask Framework, React, Golang, Terraform, Elasticsearch and AWS. My team is responsable for managing all payments methods including "boleto", Credit Card and OLX Pay. Our microservices must be resilient, fault tolerant and high scalable. I've dealt with some good cases into OLX so far: Event Driven Architecture We've had some distributed data issues in the past. So, we implemented a real Event Driven Architecture working in solutions to provide near-realtime data for all stakeholders, guarantee easy observability/searchability of all core events and easy to integrate. It was great architecture refatoring using AWS technologies like: SNS, SQS, Firehose, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, ElasticSearch Service. The majority issues like akward integrations, payments conciliattion missmatching, bad transaction response time have been solved. LGPD Broker Integration In 2020, Brazil has released its data protection act. My team built a new integration to allow users to delete or requests its personal data related to payments. Migration from AWS Elasticbeanstalk to internal Kubernetes cluster OLX has its own Kubernetes multicluster solution. I was part of a team which made a complete migration from Elasticbeanstalk to OLX Kubernetes cluster. In that page you have options related to delete / add / update creditcards, request receipt for specific payments and generate new billing report if you want.
