Coach Bynum is a dedicated coaching professional. He is a hard worker, willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. He did very well at managing the different challenges of leading young men, on and off the court. He took a mediocre team and turned them into a championship team. He led with poise and strength. He has a good eye for talent, helping to recruit good players and helping them to be better players. He is able to see beyond the current state and see a desired future. He understands that winning goes beyond the court.

In my role as assistant athletic director I have been charged with department advancement.I have been responsible for leading the charge in moving the department from NJCAA to joining USCAA. We have undergone facility upgrades, implemented JV Basketball, added 2 additional programs under the athletic umbrella, and instituted policy manuals for department effectiveness. In addition to facility upgrades, I was instrumental in revamping our scholarship program, community outreach programs for student athletes, and also created a study hall for student athletes.
