      I have coached various local junior teams in my spare time and find it very rewarding help youngsters become the best player they can be. I have had various team members go on for trials at Premier League football clubs, also sometimes helping them with travel / moral support at these trials I also sometimes have to help referee the games, In this line of duty I have to be a fair impartial person as I can not be bias to either side and I also have to make split second decisions which makes me a fair and rational decision maker to get the best possible outcome for everyone, I also do this work to help out the local community.
