I worked as a contractor for Business Driven Development (BDD) at Tele2 as an Agile Coach.In my assignment I was part of the LACE and have worked in the strategic transformation program that merged the two brands Tele2 and Comviq into one brand - Tele2 (launched in April).I performed training and coaching in the established (and in my mind ground-breaking) flow-based way-of-working that played a key part in delivering a successful launch!I have also been working with the BRP (Big Room Planning) process used, helping the organization to perform planning and execute increments.

I worked as a contractor for Business Driven Development (BDD) at SEB as a Lean & Agile Coach (SPC). In my assignment I worked in the Lean & Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) as a part of the "Agile All In" transformation initiative. My main task was to help the pilot organization (domain) to start three tribes (ART's) - performing training and also mentoring & coaching people on all levels (portfolio, tribe/ART and team).I was also part of a work group that tailored SAFe by creating a "Service Design" plugin to add customer centric parts in SAFe. This work was a collaboration between the LACE and the CX group at SEB.

At Jeppesen I worked as a Process Consultant and Scrum Master in a large Release Train (100+ person).My main focus as a Scrum Master was to mentor/coach two agile teams and as a Process Consultant to help the organization to scale it's lean/agile way-of-working using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
