For more than 29 years in SCM and procurement, my know how and experience in this field are very wide. I have a background in Economics, and until now I have worked in the line of SCM, sourcing and production in nearly all my professional career. The content of my current job is very varied as Alpha Aqua is a relatively young company. My responsibilities are international and national Purchasing and suppliers, in-house production, transport logistics, ERP etc. My former job was the Supply Chain Manager at Bramidan A/S, shareholder and member of the management team. For more than 12 years at Bramidan, I made great changes, which have contributed to the fact that Bramidan is on the right track with their strategic goals, and becoming world leader within their field. I am pensioned about having constant focus on high quality towards our customers, and at the same time strong focus on the price levels for finished products through a dedicated corporation and strong contracts with our suppliers. I have a very good understanding for IT, and have been the leading force in setting up a new planning- and MRP system. This has indeed helped Bramidan keeping its goals. Recently we implemented a new version of Microsoft Dynamics Nav, where I was one of the key players in this process. My work areas was both the up- and downstream supply chain, from receiving orders from our customers, and to the delivery of the finished goods. I was in charge of supplier contracts, cost prices, transportation, stock and production planning. I was the manager of nine employees. Perseverance, endurance, overview and good leadership is some of my skills. For 15 years now, I have been a member of EGN (Netværk Danmark), in a group of senior purchasing officers. In my spare time, I go hunting, play golf, or riding my MTB. Show less
