I have known Anders Heli as an intern with iTwin.com (when it was incubated at the Institute of Infocomm Research, Singapore, under the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, A*STAR, a Singapore government funded research lab). Anders worked with iTwin.com under my supervision for more than two months from mid June 2010 until end August 2010. Anders worked sincerely and has completed all tasks assigned to him diligently. Even though most of the tasks assigned to him were new and in domains unfamiliar to Anders, he has been able to learn quickly and do an excellent job. For example, Anders was instructed to create an online promotional campaign for iTwin for Norway and Europe in general. Within a month, Anders was able to create a comprehensive plan starting from scratch. Not only that, he - on his own initiative - did research on what constitutes online advertising, what constitutes online marketing, the differences between online advertising and online marketing and presented his findings to our team. He also worked on online banner ads for iTwin and did trial promotional programs on LinkedIn and Yahoo.com. In the last three weeks of his internship, I asked Anders to prepare a market research of SSLVPN products targeted at small and medium scale companies. SSLVPN is a technical product and I was afraid that Anders might take time understanding technical concepts. However, Anders did a very good job identifying various SSLVPN products and their positioning. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with Anders Heli's work at iTwin.com and would strongly recommend Anders to any future employee. If Anders comes back to Singapore, we will definitely consider recruiting Anders Heli, if he would like to join iTwin.com and iTwin.com has an appropriate position.
