I was responsible for a group of project- and production employees to ensure the execution of the strategy. The headlines for 2021 was to improve the level of standardization of both maintenance and increase traceability of critical components for our float-zone pullers.   I held the responsibilities of priotizing, executing and implementing continuous improvement projects in our clean-room production of float-zone silicon crystals.
