Many times this involved "thinking outside the box", as despite being a global organisation, each region and each country had variations on the business solutions required. I always enjoyed working with him to find such solutions and continue our success. I was sad to see him depart IATA, but the Covid impact on aviation is severe; so I understand his decision to leave. He will be an asset to any organisation with his drive, enthusiasm and ability.
